Frequently Asked Questions

What is Chicks n Chaps?

CNC was founded by a rodeo family in Montana to offer support to families battling breast cancer. 2025 will be the 17th year for this amazing event in the Coeur d'Alene community. Last year we expanded to allow more chicks to attend our event, raising even more funds for our community! 100% of the proceeds raised will support breast cancer patients in our community through cancer patient assistance programs in our local hospitals and clinics.

Where is this years event?

Chicks N Chaps CDA is a cowgirl only event, held at Nashville North. 6361 W Seltice Way, Post Falls, ID 83854. Chicks must be 21 and over.

Where does the money go?

All proceeds raised from our Chicks N Chaps event will stay in our area, distributed by local hospital and clinics that offer cancer services. Chicks N Chaps is passionate about helping those in our community directly affected by cancer.

What happens during the event?

You will experience a boot-stompin' good time, hear a story of inspiration from our guest speaker, be rewarded for scheduling your mammogram, as well as celebrate our local survivors! You will enjoy lunch from Las Chavelas, drink specials, plus participate in raffles, games, silent and live auctions. PLUS, back by popular demand, country line dancing lessons to wrap up our day!

What do I wear?

Get your cowgirl on! You can wear boots with jeans or shorts or dress it up! As a token of appreciation, you will receive a swag bag of goodies. We will also have vintage CNC hats and shirts to choose from!

How long does the event last?

The fun begins at 2pm and includes lunch, raffles, silent/live auction, line dancing and more. At 6pm, the venue will open to the public to carry on dancing the night away with live music until closing time at Nashville North.

What do I bring?

An attitude for fun and a spirit of generosity! Don't forget your ID as NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS ALLOWED!

How do I participate?

We are proud to introduce an online registration format for table sponsorships, or individual “Free Range Chick” tickets. If you can't join us but still want to contribute, you can sponsor a survivor and donate! Please remember to drink responsibly and have a designated driver. We want our chicks to have fun, be safe and return next year!
